The J. Mack Robinson College of Business is the business school of Georgia State University in Atlanta. It is one of Georgia State's six colleges. Robinson offers programs for a PhD, Executive Doctorate in Business, four Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs: Professional MBA, Flexible MBA, Executive MBA, and Global Partners MBA, specialized master's degree programs, an undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration program with ten majors, and six graduate certificate programs. Its Business and Accounting programs are accredited by Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Classes are held in Downtown and Buckhead districts of Atlanta. ==History== Robinson College began as the Georgia Tech Evening School of Commerce in 1913. After being moved to downtown Atlanta in 1914, the college continued to grow. In 1955, it was renamed the Georgia State College of Business Administration. In 1998, the college was renamed the J. Mack Robinson College of Business in honor of J. Mack Robinson, an Atlanta entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist who gave the college a $10 million endowment.
